		<description>Thanks again for some inspiring words. I&#039;ve already stepped away from the &#039;fun and easy&#039; but it&#039;s reading things like this that makes me want to try the &#039;tough and the scary&#039; even more. Don&#039;t get me wrong, I still like to relax with a cold beer in front of the telly occasionally, but since quitting the *9 to 5, I now enjoy a beer with the knowledge that today I did something good, or pushed myself that little bit harder, and you know, that cold beer tastes all the better for it.

*OK my job was 5:30 to 6:30, that&#039;s 13 hours not 1, even bigger reason for, dare I say, escaping</description>
