    Thanks again for some inspiring words. I’ve already stepped away from the ‘fun and easy’ but it’s reading things like this that makes me want to try the ‘tough and the scary’ even more. Don’t get me wrong, I still like to relax with a cold beer in front of the telly occasionally, but since quitting the *9 to 5, I now enjoy a beer with the knowledge that today I did something good, or pushed myself that little bit harder, and you know, that cold beer tastes all the better for it.

    *OK my job was 5:30 to 6:30, that’s 13 hours not 1, even bigger reason for, dare I say, escaping
