Starting this evening is my favourite event of the expedition calender: Explore at the Royal Geographical Society.
I have been a few times before, always learnt stuff and, more recently, tried to contribute.
It is such a great place to get enthused about expeditions and a fairly unique opportunity to pick the brains of some real experts. You can see the the speakers here and the full program here.
I will be at the Inspire Me sessions from 8.30am on Saturday, on the panel for the Mountaineering & Trekking workshop from 3.30pm, and helping at the Communicating Your Discoveries desk throughout the day. I’m also giving a talk about communicating from the field at 2pm on Sunday.
