And it is a signal to those that don’t
It goes out to those that are reading this

Your words are fuel
Your gestures the catalyst
Your thoughts provide an impetus
Your feedback the direction

This is for the “Wow” that marked a turning point
Fanning the flames you knew were in need
This is for your words when my own weren’t forthcoming

You, for hearing me out

You, for being more positive
And you, for passing my name

I won’t stop

This is for the hero badge
The practicality
The slap of reality

It felt like neither
But I felt those words
