    Daley Thompson… one talented athlete, lived on burgers(pretty much), not the leanest of chaps, ran a sub 5 minute mile, regularly.

    I did a %of fat test, machine just laughed at me and said I was obviously built for comfort and endurance not speed. Must work harder on the waist I feel. At least my BMI says I’m normal… just!
