Tickets are now on sale for the Cycle Touring Festival 2018. Buy tickets here.
The Cycle Touring Festival is an annual event, celebrating all things cycling and touring. It is organised by my wife, Laura (with help from me) and is about to enter its fourth year.
It is the place to come for anyone planning, thinking about or dreaming of a bike trip. There will be talks, workshops, drop-in sessions, practical advice and story telling. Plus, there’ll be plenty of time to meet like-minded people over a cup of tea or a pint.
We get about 200-250 people every year, the maximum we want at the venue, and every year it feels like we are building a community. I have never attended an event quite like it.
You don’t need a bike or any experience to attend. Just buy a ticket online and turn up.
The dates are 4 – 7 May 2018 and it will take place once again at Waddow Hall, Clitheroe, Lancashire.
Discounted ‘early bird’ tickets are available until 31 December 2017.
The event is non-commercial and non-profit.

P.S. I will also be launching my next book at the festival: With The Sun On Our Right. It’s the account of mine and Laura’s 16-month around-the-world bike trip.
