    Hi Tim,

I to plan on heading home from Norway.

I’ll ride it next summer and the ‘plan’ is to start in Stavanger then stick to the coastline to Oslo in time for the midsummer festival on 21st June before continuing through Sweden and Denmark (I haven’t made any more up from that point so could end up riding the rest of the way through Germany and Holland too).

I wondered if you had any must-see routes or places? Did you see a Norwegian Blue?

    All the best,

    Hey Andy

Great to hear that you’re heading out to Norway with your bike.

Your route looks very different from mine and I’m not sure there’ll be any overlap so I don’t have any particular must-see recommendations. I just really enjoyed the tranquility of the long, empty stretches of road through endless pine forests. I wish I had swum in more of the deep blue lakes I passed.

And no sign of the Norwegian Blue!

Do let me know how you get on.
